Disease Outbreak (DO)

First reported at 3:00 PM on Jun 22, 2016 by a local NGO medical team. A fierce cholera epidemic is spreading through the lowland slums of the Haramiya province. Three reported dead with 300 showing symptoms. Aid workers report this outbreak has not yet reached its peak.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The goverment of Kambe declared their outbreak of cholera a national emergency last week.
